About Me!
Hi, I'm Humaiara Diea, a self-taught artist passionate about both visual and web design, and code. What started as creating my own art portfolio sparked a love for creative development. Today, I bring design and code together to build beautiful, user-friendly web experiences.
How I Plan
I usually start by sketching out the entire application design on paper. Develop ideas based on it. This approach keeps my workflow organized. Recently i started using Notion to keep track of my ideas and executions. I love it! I document everything there now, it's like my mini blog.
What inspires me?
Colors, shapes, grids. The balance between order and chaos. I find inspiration in art, fashion, architecture — and honestly, a good Pinterest moodboard never fails. I'm drawn to things that are well-composed, a little unexpected, and visually thoughtful.
How did I learn Web Design?
I learn by experimenting — the internet is my classroom. Every project I build is an opportunity to level up. For example, I started this website in React and have now redeployed it using Next.js.
How I designed this website?
I used my creative side to design the look and feel of this website. A little whimsical, a little technical. I wanted it to reflect my personality and style — a blend of art and code. I focused on clean layouts, playful typography, and subtle animations to make it feel alive and engaging just how I imagined it.
